Technical data and hosting
When you visit the website, the server may temporarily record your IP address, date and time, requested resource, referring page, browser and operating system. This information is used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional service.
Contact form
We process your name, email address, message, language and the technical data needed to reply and prevent automated submissions. Messages are delivered to elias@eliaswrenford.com through the SMTP infrastructure configured in WordPress and retained only as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and meet legal obligations.
Newsletter
For subscriptions we process name, email address, language, date, proof of consent and subscription status. Our Sendy installation at newsletter.eliaswrenford.com manages a separate list for each language and uses double opt-in. Processing is based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
hCaptcha
Forms use hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to distinguish people from automated submissions. Loading or completing the check may process the IP address, browser and device data, date, time and interaction information. See the hCaptcha Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel
These tools remain disabled until you choose “Accept all”. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, measures site use; Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, measures campaign effectiveness. They may store identifiers and make international transfers under each provider’s safeguards. Processing is based on consent, which can be withdrawn through “Privacy preferences” in the footer.
Recipients and retention
Data is available only to providers required for hosting, email, newsletters, spam protection and, with consent, analytics and advertising. Retention is limited to the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
